My Story
Hey there Scentsy Lover, thanks for checking out my website! I’m a single mom who’s been with Scentsy since February of 2014 and my join story is a little different than most consultants. I had first heard about Scentsy years ago and I knew plenty of people who used it, but I myself never had nor had I even been to a party. What?! And my current SuperStar Director had even approached me about the join opportunity years ago when she first started out, but at the time I was attending college full-time and raising my son as a stay-at-home mom. I considered joining back then but I didn’t think I could find the time to juggle school, my son and my own business. I realize now I was wrong!! 2013 was a tough year for me and the New Year wasn't looking any better...I had just gotten out of a very toxic and abusive relationship, I was struggling financially and just barely making ends meet literally trying to start over. My best friend (who had joined Scentsy a few months prior) approached me about the opportunity and after thinking about it for a few days I decided to go ahead, make the leap and sign up under her - I figured what could I lose? I was looking for a way to find myself again, regain the confidence I had lost, maybe meet some new people and get out of the house! I'm not gonna lie, I was super nervous at first, especially since I had NEVER attended a Scentsy Party, but I jumped in with both feet and now I absolutely LOVE what I do! Not only do I get to meet tons of awesome people, but I am able to earn extra money every month that I wasn't able to before. My house ALWAYS smells fantastic, I have great gift options to give people for birthdays, weddings, baby showers and holidays, and I now have a business of my own that has also turned out to be my passion!!! To be honest, I kick myself in the butt each and every day because I didn't sign up all those years ago when I was first approached with this AWESOME and EXCITING opportunity!
